Packhouse

Our Apples are packed with FreshCo Nelson (See Marketing Partners).  Our Pears are packed by our own Ngatahi staff.  All Packhouses are BRC accredited and  run by experts in their field.  The utmost care is taken to ensure that our fruit is delivered to  the market in the best possible condition.

Coolstore

Ngatahi Horticulture have coolstorage facilities for Apples, Pears and Kiwifruit.  At the coolstore, we store our own and other growers fruit within the Tasman Bay area.

Apples and Pears are coolstored earlier in the year and kiwfruit are stored later on in the season.  We also pack and load containers.  We are BRC certified and store USA block product and Taiwain fruit.  We also have a Certified Operational Manual.

Ngatahi Coolstore is ranked as one of the best fresh fruit coolstores in the region.
